Items must NOT be returned to the return address shown on this website without approval.
Unauthorised returns sent to that address may be refused or unable to be processed.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:
• the correct return address for your specific item,
• the return instructions, and
• the required return label (if applicable).

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for:
• return shipping costs
• packaging the item securely
• providing tracking where possible
We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 working days for processing depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
